SERIOUSLY... its either i'm too stupid to understand what our dear HSBC MR. YU is talking about or he doesn't get what I am asking in the email:

I am visiting the FX team (Mr Sukcho Jung & Mr Yoojung Suh) at the Bank of Korea with Surendra Rosha.
I have not informed anyone in HSBC Seoul yet.Can you do the necessary for me pls? Thanks.

I asked again so as to make sure that is Surendra the coordinator as it may be either one of the 2 koreans whom coordinate this trip from their side, sooooo... ... ...
